Noise:
|
In
order to protect the quiet enjoyment of our sea shore community,
there are local ordinances prohibiting loud noise such as outdoor
music and loud ourdoor parties.
Please, DO NOT play stereos on
deck or permit loud activities outside that will disturb your
neighbors. |

|
Garbage: |
Never
overfill outside trash containers! Never leave garbage on top or
around containers.
The seagulls will open anything in a
plastics bag if it is accessible to them. Please store all plastic
bags in containers with lids.
You will be obligated to pay the
owner's fine if this occurs. The owner is fined by the township,
which they pass on to you, the tenant. The usual fine is $50.00 to
$100.00. |

At
Check-In: |
Inspect
the unit thoroughly upon your arrival. Report any problems to your
rental agent immediately or to the office at 10:00 AM the next
morning. |
|
|
At
Check-Out: |
We
are sorry you have to leave at all, however, please remember that
check out is 11:00 AM. Due to the time it takes to prepare the
units, the owner cannot approve late checkouts. Keys must be
returned to our office immediately following your departure from the
unit. |

|
Departure: |
Leave
the unit in "broom clean" condition and in the same order
you found it. Dishes and cookware should be cleaned and put away,
dishwasher should be emptied. Please clean the grill, place garbage
in sealed bags and place in outside sealed garbage cans. All food,
including condiments must be removed from refrigerators. Place bed
spreads neatly on beds. All furnishings must be left in their
original position. Set heat at 55 degrees in fall and spring, air
conditioning at 78 degrees in summer. Make one last check for
personal items. Lock all doors as you leave. Check to make sure all
windows and skylights are closed. Please return all keys to our
office. |

Lost
Keys: |
A
fee of $10.00 will be charged for any lost keys |
|
|
Occupancy: |
The
unit you rented has a maximum occupancy as noted on the lease. While
it is meant for your use and enjoyment, guests are allowed only
within reason of that limit. Please adhere to that number as agreed. |

Parties
or
Receptions: |
This
unit is to be used for the quiet enjoyment of our guests and NOT to
be used for loud parties or group gatherings. "Disturbing the
peace" and exceeding the number of occupancy limit could result
in eviction. |
|
|
Furniture: |
Moving
furniture can easily damage floors and walls. We ask that you NOT
MOVE FURNISHINGS. At check out, all furnishings must be in their
original location, if moved. NEVER, NEVER use interior furnishings
in outdoor areas. |
