Besides all the outdoor activities and
water sports to enjoy during your LBI vacation, the
island also is home to an amusement park, summer stock
theater, an arts foundation, several galleries and
museums, dozens of nightclubs, hundreds of fine shops and
restaurants and is only 35 miles from Atlantic City.
Across the bay, you'll find three golf courses open to
the public, bay beaches, public docks and plenty of open
parklands tucked in among the famous Jersey Pine Barrens
and federally protected wildlife refuges.

OCEANFRONTS
Oceanfront rentals
range from magnificent mansions to affordable smaller
homes, condos and duplex units. Prices range from $4,500
to $32,500 per week, lower in the Spring and Fall.
A large part of our
inventory is single family homes, located on both the
ocean and bay sides. Houses vary from contemporary
reversed-living units to cute and cozy seashore Cape Cods
and Colonials. Most homes are three
bedrooms or more and offer basic amenities such as cable
TV, washer & dryers, grills and outdoor showers.
Prices range from
$1,500 to $7,400 per week, lower in the Spring & Fall.
OCEANSIDE AND BAYSIDE
DUPLEXES Duplex units offer many of the same amenities
as our single family homes and are located
throughout the island. The majority are three bedroom, one
bath, but some larger ones are available. Prices range
from $1,500 to $3,500 per week, lower in the Spring and

BAYFRONTS
Enjoy sunsets on the bay, dock your
boat after a day of fishing or simply spend a quiet day of
crabbing in the back yard. All are possible at our
bayfront homes and duplexes. Most homes are three
bedrooms or more and offer basic amenities such as cable
TV, washer & dryers, grills and outdoor showers.
Prices range from $1,500 to $4,500 per week, less in the Spring
and Fall. Remember, fishing is the best in the Fall, and

CONDOMINIUMS
Mary Allen is the exclusive
agent for some units in The Fishery, one of the island's premier condo
complexes. Private parking & beach entrance and a pool
and clubhouse are just some of the extras at this
oceanfront get away. We also have condos in other LBI
complexes with most offering central air conditioning and
other luxurious extras. Prices range for $900 to $3,200
per week, less in the Spring and Fall

RENTALS
Come stay with us for the whole summer.
Check in Memorial Day weekend and leave on Labor Day.
Seasonal homes, condos and duplexes are available and
range from two to four bedrooms and are priced from $7,500
to $23,000.
Our landlords require all members of non-family groups to
be more than 25-years-old.
