    Spectacular home, would love to stay again! We loved this house, the kids (4, 4, 8) were "Beach House Sick" already on the drive home this morning. The house itself is clearly recently totally redone. Everything is clean, everything is nice, the decor all matches and is useful and is relaxing. They really did a nice job. There are 4 bedrooms, there is a good size master upstairs and downstairs the rooms are big enough to sleep but and adult wouldn't want to spend a ton of time in them as they are a little on the small size. However, that makes room for a very spacious living area and great kitchen. There is a lanai that we ate on a couple times, but the backyard is really the selling point. In the backyard is a table overlooking the lagoon (very pretty), a hot tub and a small above ground pool. Add to that a lounging/firepit area, grill outdoor bench swing and of course the dock where we went crabbing (the kids caught 8) and we really were never wanting anything to do in the down time that we weren't at the beach. or on island. I sent pictures of the yard to friends and they thought that I was at a nice outdoor restaurant. This is the first time we have stayed off island and I didn't realize how convenient it could be. First off, it took us less than 10 minutes (add 5 minutes on Saturday) to be at the beaches at 10th street in Surf City. There was plenty of street parking one block in, we never had a problem at finding a spot close to the beach on the first try. Second, it is a little quicker to get to the house and get home on arrival and leaving day. We brought our bikes and were able to put them behind the gate most days and take them to get ice cream and bagels in the neighborhood. We were even able to put them in the shed on the one day it rained. The street that the house is on is very low traffic, so we rode bikes and scooters with no real worries on a handful of days. There are a lot of conveniences within walking/biking distance around the corner (1/4 mile at most). Food, ice cream, general store, bait and tackle store are all in this little plaza without leaving the neighborhood. Then, about 5 minutes away is an acme and a Buy Rite liquor store. I can't say enough nice things about the house and the area. We will definitely look to stay again! Thanks!

    We absolutely loved this home and all it offered! Everything from the kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, crab cage and terry bath robes in the master. Linens, towels and pool towels were a bonus. The pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed as well as the view off the deck. We have already requested a hold for next summer! We found our piece of heaven and plan to be back for years to come!

New Beach Haven West Property! Get away to the water without battling the crowds. This property has it all to make sure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable! This four-bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 10. It has a hot tub, an above ground pool, outdoor kitchen area, firepit, dock to park your boat, and a jet ski floating dock. Don’t have a boat? That’s okay, you can still enjoy the lagoon with the 2 stand-up paddle boards that are provided. 2 Kayaks (one inflatable).
The outdoor kitchen includes a refrigerator for your refreshments and a natural gas grill. Enjoy your meals in the various indoor/outdoor seating areas.

There are three bedrooms located on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and bedroom 3 has a bunk with a trundle (3 singles). Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a queen bed. In addition, there is a futon for any extra guests.

You get the best of both worlds here… waterfront amenities and only a few minutes drive to the beach! Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Non-refundable $250 pet fee plus a $250 pet deposit (refundable). **Note: if you are bringing a boat, please contact the office or your agent about the height restrictions. There are two bridges you must go under to enter the lagoon from the bay.
