This single family home Fits 12 comfortably. On the first floor there’s 2 spacious bedrooms, full bath, open kitchen and living area. Super cozy. The downstairs master has a queen and single bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. The backyard oasis is the perfect spot to entertain ,includes a firepit (propane tank you supply), outdoor shower, inground (not heated) saltwater pool and gas bbq grill (hooked up to nature gas line no refilling of a tank is needed). The second floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry/tv room with an entrance to the deck- for those who want to get an early start catching those rays! The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (full on the bottom and a single on top). All bedrooms have tv’s in them except the bunk bed bedroom. Wifi is included. The tv room has a pull out sofa with a single bed. 6 beach badges supplied.
