In the garage, you’ll find a bar, Smart TV, shuffleboard table, and foosball table with direct access to the backyard/pool. The fenced backyard has a PRIVATE in-ground, heated, saltwater swimming pool with loungers/several chairs and an outdoor shower plus a gas grill to cook your favorite meals.

The home includes a microwave, dishwasher, K-cup brewer, toaster, blender, gas stove/oven, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, kitchen utensils, cookware, serving bowls, hot pads, dish towels, washer/dryer, hair dryer, three televisions (streaming only/no cable as of 2024 with a TV in Living Room, Main Bedroom, & Garage/Game Room), secure internet, games, puzzles, books, and much more.
