During the last month or so, we at Beacon Home Services, have done extensive research and participated in numerous teleconferences with industry professionals across the USA to gain the knowledge and understanding so we can better assist our homeowners, local real estate agents and ultimately the guests that will be staying in your rental property. Below are the measures we are taking in order to do our due diligence in ensuring that each property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest departure.

1. We have purchased electrostatic and fogger machines to evenly and effectively disperse a quick care disinfectant solution (EPA certified to kill the Coronavirus)

“**Starting Sept. 12, 2020 this home becomes a Friday to Friday rental** Reverse living home. Only third (3rd) from the beach, it boasts ocean and bay views from multiple decks! The home has four (4) bedrooms, three (3) full baths, two (2) half baths, four (4) decks, and sleeps twelve (12), with a large, open floor plan. There are books and games for those lazy mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck, as well as bikes and beach toys for outside play. Not only is the proximity to the beach ideal, but within fifteen (15) blocks you will find Daddy O s, pizza, ice cream, hotdogs, a corner market, and more!
Beach badges, chairs, umbrella, and buggy are included by the owner as a courtesy, but no guarantee is given on availability.”
Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS (unless pet friendly), NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
