The kitchen is modern and updated. Off of the living room there is sliding glass doors leading to the upper deck and plenty of seating space to relax, sun bathe and enjoy a cocktail or BBQ while overlooking the ocean. Off of the kitchen you will find the Master Suite. There is a private full bath with double sinks, a soaking tub/shower and a walk in closet. The master suite also has a private balcony with bay views. There is a roof top deck with seating which provides views of both the bay and ocean! There is a family room on the second floor of the home with a TV and wet bar as well as sliding glass doors leading to another deck facing the ocean & equipped with plenty of seating. On the main bedroom level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as a laundry room. On the entry level of the home there is another family room. This house is pet friendly with a non refundable $300 pet fee.
